This weather has been so ridic. April 25th it snowed... slept with the window open last night, until the rain got lively, again. Yet this rain last night is, I think, the first significant precipitation we've had possibly since that snow. We've been having to water the new plantings, which is totally wrong for spring. It really feels like we've gone straight from winter to summer, no spring. Probably because I actually got me some rain boots, which I'd been wanting for, like, all my life, to deal with the February rains. Therefore I'll never see them again.
