I do need some new sneakers. But since I pulled out the insoles and dumped out all the gravel which was under them, my old sneakers are a lot more comfortable all of a sudden. As it's been getting colder and the winter holidays of gorging are barreling toward us I've been back to walking on the treadmill. :)
