Tornadoes in Massachusetts
Seriously, this is scaring me. I hate tornadoes, and we've had more and more reports of them in Maine. The entire time I was growing up I recall hearing about two, and one of those was before I was born. Another point in favor of moving to Canada. I would say 'better yet, England,' but I could have sworn I heard on QI that England has a LOT of tornadoes. Which just doesn't seem right. Maybe they don't get as big? Maybe they don't do as much property damage because the buildings are sturdier?

i'm forgetting, though. i'd put a bet down that it was on the series G episode "Geography", if i remember i'll go back and watch it again and see if i can get a better answer.
i haven't watched QI in a while - completely missed series H. Fry keeps on twittering about series I being filmed or broadcast or something, i should catch up.

And haven't heard that many reports of tornadoes in England, so I'm guessing it's like the other commenter said, small ones :P
