Did I mention yet that we are selling our 200+yr old house to move to an apartment?
It's all moving so fast. It didn't even really get to market; by the time it appeared on the MLS it was under contract. The contingency was the buyers were selling their house and had to get a contract. It happened immediately. And we were off to the races, shoving stuff into storage and looking for a place to go to. Got that sorted yesterday, Eor is picking up keys today!
I broke down in inexplicable tears this morning. It's all good, just need more tea.
