I had to turn a light on in order to sew the button back on my favorite pants (floppy, old khakis, very comfy in this weather) and the bulb kicked out so much obvious heat. It's still hotter outside than inside, which is ridiculous at 8:40pm in this clime. Phew it's hot. (You have to imagine that said like the Abominable Snowman - here, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1ER6bGh1Sk at about 4:57. I've actually seen this episode often enough on tv that I was able to click right to the right part first try.)

I walked into work in those old khakis, my Tilly hat, white undershirt, sandals, and someone told me that in that outfit I looked "like Summer itself! Like you're on your way to Scarborough Beach!" Which kind of makes me feel like I'm somehow starting to fit into my environment, developed protective camouflage. I look like a middle-class soccer mom. ;) (Someone else had told me I looked like I was going to kick ass with Indiana Jones, another said all I needed was a pair of binoculars and I would look like a bird watcher, so it really is a pretty effective camo, very adaptable.)

Well, I guess I can't sit still in front of the computer for long, either, I'm starting to hurt all over. Guess I'd better go do some stretching. Nothing at all from me for days and then I spam you with blithering - sorry!

And over here it's too cold for the time of year and it's been raining a lot the past weeks. We had a lovely spring though, so I'm afraid all the good weather has been used up :P I just hope it'll be better in two weeks, when we go on holidays.

Teehee, I can imagine you blending in with your camo outfit :) As long as you don't start turning pink or anything...

And spamming is no problem at all!
