I did a lot of running around in the car, today. Deposited my paycheck, went to the library and got the 4th Harry Potter book, took bottles to the recycling station, went to the grocery store _twice_ (I'd gotten to the point in making stuffed shells where I actually needed to cook the shells before I realized we didn't have any). And I didn't kill anyone! I didn't drive all that well, though, I wasn't happy with my performance.... but, practice makes perfect. Finding the store was a challenge. We hadn't known there was a Shop N Save only about 15 minutes drive away, because we don't normally go through that town. Eor found it the other day because he went to that town to apply for a job. So when he told me 'where' it was I really couldn't picture it. I drove right by it the first time, because I was concentrating so hard on driving. But why the hell do people insist on tailgaiting me and passing me at intersections when I'm _doing_ the speed limit?? Today I got bitchy when someone came up right behind me, and I started slowing down suddenly, then speeding up, just to be pissy.

-----------------------

People were pissy at work this past week, culminating on Thursday. (Friday you get that "I know the week is over, so I can finally relax" thing going, so it was much better.) I got snapped at a lot most of the week... I started getting quite depressed, feeling like I'm stupid and can't do my job and nobody likes me. All of which is probably true, but that doesn't mean I have to let it bother me. I'm not sure this job is for me, I'm too sensative about people being upset with me, and too concerned about fixing things for people and making them happy. I hate having to put people through to a voicemail when they are so desperate they're willing to tell any kind of lie just to speak to a live person.
