For the first time I managed to actually get Eor to go out with the people I work with. He had never met anyone I work with, after me being there 8 months and even though I really like to hang with so many of them. jimdes, and he'd previously talked to JimDes on the phone.) But last night we went to the Comedy Connection to see Bob Nelson - laughed a lot.:) I drank a little too much, as it turned out... I had intended to have only one drink, JimDes bought me a rum and cola, but then CG bought me a double Stoli rasperry. That stuff is too damn good, and I drank all of it. I hadn't had anything to eat in hours. No throwing up or hangover or anything, just way more of a buzz than I'd intended to get. Mostly, actually, _after_ I left the club, because I had nursed it during the show and then tossed off the last half of it as I walked out.
So, no, I don't have any excuse for the flirting I was doing with CG, except the fact that I was there with my arm around Eor and that made me very happy. Well, and CG is rather flirtable for some reason - it just seems like a fairly easy way to interact with him - and he'd already been drinking (people who've been drinking are always easier to flirt with). But why why _why_ is it so much easier to flirt with people who you know you have no intentions on? If I'm faced with a woman who I'm really attracted to, I won't be able to talk to her at all, let alone flirt. I'm trying to work on this.
