mass exodus at work

Yesterday we found out two more women have given notice - that makes 3, as one was gone when I arrived on Monday. As far as I know the total who have left since last September, when we started, is only 5 women and 2 guys, so this is a lot in one week. People are getting frustrated with the management of things, and women are having the hardest time because there's fewer of us, so we're feeling more yanked around... although I don't really think it's all that different for us, it's just the perception because we end up getting stuck on wanding and not rotating to x-ray or bag searches, and rotation gets messed up. Or if we're in another position we end up getting swapped back to wanding... or taken off the line to run to a gate, and then rotation gets messed up.

I was frustrated with it for a while, but I've pretty much gone into a mode of just going to work and working and not thinking too much. The worse problem is with management, but I've decided I'm not going to complain about the specifics of that in my livejournal. It has to do with individual personalities who are not really suited to management positions, not an appropriate thing to be complaining about, here. A)you don't know them and would be bored, and B)I don't want them finding out I complained about them and getting annoyed with me.
