I let myself get really annoyed by a Supervisor (or is she just a Lead? I can't remember - they both wear the same stupid black epaulettes), today. I came in 5 minutes late, and signed in correctly at the time I came in, and she decided to change my sign-in time to 5 minutes later. Now obviously it makes no difference to my pay, because I'm going to be docked 15 minutes pay either way, but I got way over-the-top upset that A)she would think I would lie about the time I came in, and B)she thinks she can unilaterally change documentation. Point A is terribly offensive to me, and Point B is just wrong. If there's some reason why I should be signed in 5 minutes later (for instance, because I wasn't dressed for work at 1120 and it took me another 5 minutes to put my shirt and tie on) then that might be acceptable, but she can't go around changing my time-sheet randomely to whatever she thinks it should be. Who knows what documentation she'll decide to change next - it could be an incident report I write up, and she might change words to fit her point of view. Not acceptable. I yelled at her in front of two Managers, so perhaps they'll understand what I was upset about, although I fear I was incoherent with rage.

Anyway, 3 shots of vodka and 4 tacos later I'm feeling much more mellow.
