My Aunt is coming to visit tomorrow! :) I hope it works out a little better than last time she came breezing through (we got to chat for a little while at the Kennebunk rest area). She hopes to show up at 2PM, get a quick tour of Portland, see the Eastern Promenade and maybe have something to eat, then go north. She's going to stay at least one night with my Dad in Belfast. I said I would drive my own car up and visit so I can come back Saturday evening, which means I probably won't get back until 11PM, and ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
eor is not happy with me making this drive by myself late at night, particularly the stretch between Belfast and Augusta. But it puts a definitive end on the visit - I really don't want to stay overnight. My Dad will probably try to convince me to drink, and sleep over, knowing him.:)
When Eor left this morning I said I wanted a half-hour more sleep, and I'm very pleased with myself - that's exactly what I did.:) I woke up at 7AM, got breakfast, walked, came home and showered and did dishes and made my lunch, and if I get my butt out of here right now I'll still be on time for work - go me!:)
