I do want the new radio series, too, though, because Stephen Fry has a small part in that version as well.

*listens for a bit*  Wow.  You know the bit in the book where Ford talks Mr. Prosser into letting Arthur go down to the pub?  In the original radio show Arthur does that bit!  He doesn't get Prosser to lie down in the mud, though. 

Now I want an MP3 player so I can listen to this on my walk to work. :)

Hot on the heels of learning that Ann Rice is going to put out an unedited (are they on crack?) novel about Jesus Christ, I also learned that there's already a movie called Jesus Christ, Vampire Hunter.  It's got lesbian vampires!  And transvestites!  inscrutable should get this for his movie night, if he hasn't already. :)

Saw BuddyBoy in the grocery store, today, which was a good thing - he cheered me up and shook me out of my funk. :)  I hope he didn't miss his boat as a result of stopping to talk with me (he lives on Peak's Island).  He hasn't found a new job, yet, and his hair is looking almost shaggy. :)
