Should I self-promote, and if so, how?

I posted a story to indeedsir which had sex in it, so I friendslocked it to the group.  Should I A) unlock it, and spread the link around to other groups and my own journal, or B) repost it to other groups and my journal also friendslocked, or C) do nothing else - this madness has gone far enough!
