"Oh my aching back" is a sort of exclamation(?) used by one of the AM Leads (tall, dark and... polite, for those of you who know him.)

The following is slightly edited from an email I sent Teena, this morning, to save me time on writing because, damn, I'm running out of time again.

work and health )

I actually edited that more than I had intended to.

Stretching today has produced no pain, but... I don't trust it.
I'm up to my ears in people I've got to contact - my Aunt who phoned on Monday and I should call back, as well as an old friend who's phoned for the second time (I didn't call back, months ago), and now emails from Mom and Hawk and my cousins Pen and Di, all in one day - so naturally I respond to a comment on [livejournal.com profile] bravecows journal and hypothesize about dwarf society and language.  After all, I do have a whole two minutes to make lunch and walk to my car, it's not like I'll be late for work or anything.  (No, I exaggerate - I could still be on time. ;))
