We just got back from a baseball game - The Seadogs won! Everyone said it was a good game.:) I have a hard time following baseball (football is a complete mystery to me) but I do know that we won with a homerun, it was cool.:) And now I'm exhausted. We're debating going to the quarry to pick up some garbage - we'll see how we feel after rehydrating.
We went to the game with Eor's brother and sister-in-law. Tomorrow we'll go with them down to visit a cousin & his family. It's a family weekend.
When Mainertoo asked me if I wanted to go out for drinks last night I told him we had a lot planned for the weekend. He said I should go, as a show of support for my fellow workers, but I begged off.
I don't know if this is exactly what's going on, but I'm afraid some people are responding to the stress by throwing each other under the bus. It's all rumor, innuendo and guess, but it appears to me that some people are trying to get other people fired, figuring that they will have a better chance of keeping their own job. I certainly hope that I'm incorrect, because I would find it an incredibly depressing disappointment if our team could fall apart so easily.
