(no subject)

Today was my last appointment with the physical therapist and my shoulder is in much pain. This is frustrating. Am going to see a specialist this afternoon. Did some dishes anyway, though the shoulder is so very not happy at that. Even though I took three advil. Writing a lot over the weekend (working on math) probably didn't help. Actually, probably was one of the worst things I could do according to the PTist. Typing is not good, either. Am going to eat.

I can do maths!

Okay, it's math on the same level I was doing when I was 11 years old, but it's still better than I could do on Friday. All that painful beating my head against the brick wall that I did over the weekend actually helped.

Now I must keep at it.

Oh, also - the specialist decided that I get to take lots of Advil (so my instinct this morning was correct) for the next week, go back to PT for more work on another very specific muscle, and in a month I get an x-ray to see if I have a pinched nerve or something. (Also I'm supposed to get Eor to rub ice into my back, but can I express how much I really don't want to do that?)
