I woke up this morning feeling as though I had a hangover. About six glasses of liquid later (water and Tang), and a shower, I began to feel good enough to eat. And it's not even all that hot, I know, for people from hot climates - 83 in our apartment - but my body is not used to it. We don't have an air-conditioner because
eor grew up in Florida without one and is of the opinion that there's only about three days a year in Maine where an air conditioner might be needed. It never ceases to amaze me that his body remains acclimatized for Florida, apparently, after all these years. We may never find a climate where we're both comfortable, because our comfort zones only overlap by like five degrees. :)
I discovered that if you do squats against the wall with two tennis balls behind your back to let you roll up and down it massages your back and feels so good that you almost forget you're doing squats.
Ow, now it's hard to walk.
