For no apparent reason the muscles that hold down my left shoulder blade have decided to be tweaky, today. It's really slow getting anything done where I have to take several deep breaths and try to fight against the pain, and sometimes curse a little, whenever I have to use my arms or lean over. All I can think is that it's from being in such a cold house and not doing much for the past week. I did try to lift weights a little, two days ago, but everything has seemed completely fine until this morning. Well, yesterday my lower back tweaked, but not as painfully.
Am now off for a dental appointment - getting a filling, I guess. Wish me luck.
Innocentsmith, I just got your card! Wow, such sweet things to say. I'm crap about writing in cards. I seize up. *hugs!*
The shoulder was so painful that, after my dentist's appointment, I went over to the Mall and got a 12$/10 minute massage. That guy was really pretty good! After he was done and I'd had breakfast (at Friendly's - it's a comfort food thing) and more painkillers, it was damped down to just feeling like I had a knife in my back at the peak of inhalation of each breath. And a deep stab whenever I tried to do certain random things.
Fixaflat for my slow leak car tire!
Buy THAT present. You know the one. For You Know Who.
Dishes.
Those last few cards! (yeah, they won't be there anything like on time, even the ones for my cousins who live an hour away, but it's ... the thought that counts?)
