Spent my one full day off doing errands - seven hours of driving. Part of that was having to close out my Mom's bank account. One more thing closing out her life. Drove past her house, also. The shingles are looking a little shaggy. Hope we don't have to have those redone before we can sell it. Getting the tenant out is going to be difficult, and I don't look forward to it. He's mentally challenged and probably will have no idea where to go. :(
