You know it's cold outside when you go outside and it's cold

I just went out to fill the birdfeeders so the birds would have something for breakfast. They're very hungry in these temperatures. Eor suited me up like I was going into space - I put on his big, insulated gloves and his long, warm coat, and then he had to zip it up for me, and snap the hood closed - so I was able to stand in the moonlight and look at the stars for a minute, and was reasonably comfortable aside from my nose hairs freezing. :) I was actually sorely tempted to go try the sled run, but I hadn't put my rain pants on.
