interesting ride home, tonight

In the town where I get off the highway I observed four police cars lying in wait - two unmarked, one marked and one I couldn't determine. Not sure what's going on. And then I saw the brightest shooting star I've ever seen. It occured to me that it could have been a firework, but I didn't see any others, and it just streaked straight down.

And then when I got home Eor had information for me regarding the semi that was overturned yesterday morning near the end of our road (which caused me to have to take back roads to get to the highway). Apparently the driver was drunk and went off the road around 4am, then ran off into the woods. But they caught him, so the police laying in wait were not looking for him.
