Celsius degrees are based on the freezing and boiling points of water, but 0F is when you start saying "OMG cold!"
correspondingly, 100F is where you start saying "OMG hot!"
(Of course the wind chill takes it down to "feels like -17F" outside my house right now, so I stepped outside and went "sunuvaBITCHin COLD". And LTA is laughing at me, right? Because I suppose Alaska was colder than that weeks ago?)
