The snow has finally stopped, and it's a bright, clear sunny day. After watching snow fall for two days, that's lovely.:) When I walked up to get my car out of the parking garage I didn't want to stop walking. I don't quite know why I put the car in the garage last night; as the downstairs neighbor said, he pretty much had the driveway all shoveled and it was done snowing. But it probably worked out more smoothly that way. The upstairs neighbor put his car all the way in (it's a single-lane driveway, we have to park sequentially) and hasn't cleaned if off or moved it all weekend.
I did most of my christmas shopping on Saturday, and returned some things that weren't right on Sunday, so I ended up doing a lot of driving right in the middle of the storm. And really my little Metro is pretty good. Caw accompanied me on Saturday (which was good, it kept me from getting all stressed out by the driving around in the storm and going to busy stores thing) and she said she thinks I'm a good snow driver, although normally she thinks I'm a very intense driver.
Still so much to do - presents to wrap and send, stuff to clean and sort and take to Goodwill.
