I feel like an idiot...

After a short day working overtime I came home to find that LJ didn't seem to be working correctly. There were a couple of people's journals which I couldn't see the newer posts on. One person seemed to have lost all posts after September 11, one after some time in October. So, in a horrible worry that LJ's database was dying and all daegaer's stories would go away, I began copying and saving her fics. I was stunned and amazed at how many of them I didn't already have, because I thought I already had the definative Daegaer collection. No such thing at all. I spent several hours at it and am still not done. Shite this woman is prolific. But finally I stopped and decided I had to do some reading.... only to discover that my whole problem was that I wasn't actually logged in, for whatever reason I don't know (probably due to all the work eor has done reconfiguring our network yesterday and today). Anyway... aaaaargh!!!

But at least I'm much closer to having all Daegaer's fic archived. :)

*shakes head* I'm tired tired tired. Must sleep, now. Must not forget that I have a dentist appointment tomorrow morning.
