Yeah. *eyerolls* Apparently because of the public outcry against the Patriot II Act all the constituent points it had in it have just been broken up and are being slipped into other pieces of legislation. I feel like I could rant and rave and wave my hands in the air until I foam at the mouth and fall over backward. But I don't think it would help any.
