Nah, I've gotten that spam too, and I don't use any meds unless you count CVS store brand vitamins.

Ah! Sorry, an amazing number of people I know suffer from high-caliber back pain, I made the mistake of reading the wrong part...

I also get spammage where they address it to whatever the name affiliated with my email address is. Might just be that they're pestering a server and spitting back a name? I dunno.

I think they must do something like that, usually, but finding the name of my favorite character in one of my favorite books, which is not in any way affiliated with any of my email addresses, is a step beyond.
