Either that beef went bad very quickly (I cooked it Sunday) or I'm getting sick. I tossed it out, which I never do. Of course, I ate all but a few bites, so if there really was something wrong with it I guess I might be getting sick, but that is something else which I never do. I have the stomach of a dog - runs in my family. It's the one useful thing I inherited from my Dad.;)
