Today I need to wear a uniform, again.
I still hurt all over. I've stretched, and I'll stretch again, after my shower, but it doesn't seem to help much. I do think the Tylenol PM did me some good, and it let me sleep very soundly.
As we were on our way in the door yesterday evening a woman stopped us and asked us if we knew where the dog lived, the dog that barks every night until 2AM. We looked at each other, puzzled, and admitted we'd never heard it. She said that we must sleep very soundly, and that we were lucky. I heard the dog as I was getting into bed last night, and thought to myself that the real reason we're not bothered by it probably has to do with the fact that we expect noises all night, with our yowling cat and such, so we have this air filter that we leave running all the time for white noise. And if that doesn't work, we have ear plugs and things like Tylenol PM. I hope our downstairs neighbor isn't bothered by our yowling cat.
I suppose I should try to write a detailed description of our hike, yesterday. I'm not good at that sort of writing, I think. Which probably means all the more that I should try. "Maybe later."
