I tried brewer's yeast, because of that whole thing Eor brought to my attention yesterday. The canister recommends mixing it in milk. Let me dissuade you from this notion. It's a good way to ruin a glass of milk. Also the canister says to use two tablespoonfuls - 30 grams - every day, whereas I think that wiki page I quoted yesterday suggest that you need only like 5g, and that more than that might actually be harmful. I think a teaspoonful is probably enough, and that might be hideable in a cup of bouillon.

Liver, you notice, has both choline and uridine, so I've been teasing Eor that I need to eat more liver. I LOVE liver, and he hates even the smell of it cooking, so I only eat it when he's away overnight somewhere, and therefore have not had it in quite a while. I need to get him to find another girlfriend so he can go spend the night with her and I can eat liver. ;)

D'aww. If J and I needed a guy as our third, I'd borrow Eor, but we need a girl. Sorry. Then again, come visit, and I'll make you liver (I love it!).

Yeah, we all need girls...;) Maybe that's really why Bush got us into a war - so that the balance of young women to young men would be skewed and give all the triads a chance. Or maybe not.

It's so funny that I now make trips to Bruswick several times a week and now you're in Chicago. :) Everyone cool is there - you, lucylou and copperbadge (though he's not really someone I know well enough to visit personally - he's a Big Name Fan). Our travels might take us to Indianapolis this summer if we visit Eor's brother (to see The Child - there's only one in his family), but I guess that's really not that close. Probably getting together just for a meal of liver is not feasible. :)

Or in all fairness I should visit you. My big problem is, if I go to Belfast I really have to spend time with my Dad. Not the most inspiring prospect. (it's just really depressing.)

In your defense, I'm not *in* Belfast all that often these days. I tend to go home to sleep, and then traipse off to Orono or Jefferson, depending on time of year.
