I bought 10 black RoseArt pens because they had 'satisfaction guaranteed' stamped on the package. I was not happy - they skipped, brand new. I phoned the company and left a message with my address. They sent me ten more of the same type of pen.

If I didn't like the first ten, why do I want another ten of the same pen? I'm debating calling back and leaving another message - "You baffle me."

I'm partial to it because A) I love to dance to their music, and B) I love to dance in general, such that people at work sometimes call me "our dancing girl." I show up and say "I'm here! Bring on the dancing girls!" and they say "That's you!"
