I haven't done much pointless rambling on my LJ in a while, I'm overdue for a spew.
I'm awake. I don't know what's different about today - maybe because we went out drinking last night, maybe because I know we're getting up early tomorrow, I don't know. Every other day this week I've been delighted to lay in bed and revel in the fact that I could sleep in because it's vacation, but this morning I woke up at about 5AM and couldn't get back to sleep. So I now have toast and coffee.
And what was I thinking about that got me all woken up? It could have been the long drive to Carver, MA on the morrow, which will be my first time driving around Boston during the day. I am a little nervous. What I consider a safe distance from the car ahead of me, Boston drivers consider a huge opening they can slide into. That is one of the things that crossed my mind as I was not really going back to sleep after getting up to pee.
But the thing I think I dwelt on more than any other, the project that I really had a burning desire to get working on today... was getting the Captain Banner/Reverend Gregg stories posted on Daegaer Rules the Net. Damn that's a sweet pairing. ;) I really should try to do things in order, finish one section before taking on another, but there's only two stories so that'll be a quick section and give me a sense of accomplishment, right? Right. *can justify with the best*
