I got a call from the people who we pay rent to - seems, between eor and myself being sick so much, I had forgotten to attend to that little detail. So I just got back from a quick trot down to their office, where I appologized in person. She was very cool about it, because we're normally very dependable.

I was very glad of that enormouse, orange LLBean rain shell, but at first I wished I'd put on a sweater.

My computer blue-screen-of-death-ed me again today. eor tried to fix it yesterday, and nothing to show for it but a cut thumb, poor dear. :( And if he can't fix it there's not much chance it can be fixed. This means a rebuild sometime in the near future, which means I really have to get stuff backed up. Lots of my writing already is, in txt files on the server. The thing I haven't got well backed up is all my addresses, both email and snailmail. *crosses her fingers*

I have a thought for the first kiss challenge on the drabble community, but must go to work now.

My computer is going more and more slowly as well, I fear update or something is in order too. Should probably do some backup-ing as well one of these days, although for snail mail addresses it won't be a problem since I figure snail mail is still best kept in a paper addressy book (yes, I'm old fashioned that way :P).
