Who among you might it have been who sent me the link to someplace called p-pox?  I didn't go to the link because I didn't know who sent it to me, but I did a google search on p-pox and found this:
Variegate porphyria in Western Europe: identification of PPOX gene mutations in 104 families, extent of allelic heterogeneity, and absence of correlation between phenotype and type of mutation.  I've always assumed porphyria was the real world basis for vampires, so I did a little online research while I was writing my NaNo, and then someone sends me this... Either it's a very odd coincidence or someone's helping me out.
