It's quite warm in our apartment, tonight. We've got the window open and it must be close to 90.
We got a little snow, but it seems to have stopped for now. Of course once a parking ban has been called I don't think they ever cancel it, so I have to go put the car in a garage, either way. The parking ban is until noon tomorrow, which is unusual. Apparently they think the projected blizzard is going to run a long time.
Of course the grocery store (Hannaford) was a mob scene. Everyone thinks they'll be snowed in for days. I usually do my shopping for the week, but could only get a few things - there were no carts left, so I had to take a basket. I have to wonder if Hannaford encourages the weathermen to play up the blizzards. So I'll have to do more shopping tomorrow.
I also have to do the laundry tomorrow. I feel like I didn't get anything done today, but I did go to the post office and the candy store. (
bravecows, look out for a package! But it'll take so long that you'll forget about it before it shows up.) And Sears, for a battery jumper thingywhatser for the van. After towing the van with the car, twice, to start it.
