Out of curiosity I went through it again, and I think I gave it all the same answers, but I changed the one answer that asks you which house you want to be in - I told it I wanted to be a Slytherin. This changed my score radically: I scored 32% Slytherin, 36% Ravenclaw, 32% Gryffindor, and 32% Hufflepuff, and it called me a Squib. So, the house you want to be in affects your score highly.
