I did do the grocery shopping in the morning.  I can't really call just doing the thing I have to do 'productivity.'

I read [livejournal.com profile] mhw's new Amber story: Introduction, Part One, Part Two.  It's good.  I suppose that the fact I was rather depressed by the end is because it was well enough written so that I was caught up by it.

We took a little walk down to Bull Moose Music to buy CDs, and did get three CDs... and seven movies.:)  All three Lord of the Rings (the regular versions, not the extended), the first to Harry Potter movies, "The Truth About Cats and Dogs" (because, you know; Uma Thurman AND Janeane Garofolo) and "Johnny Mnemonic."  (I hate to say it, but I've never actually seen "Johnny Mnemonic."  I heard Molly's not in the movie version, so that gives me a little pause.  It's not like she's as impossible to remove from that story as she would be from "Neuromancer," but still, why would you take her out?)

I also could not resist The Allure of Sweater Vests, by [livejournal.com profile] mizzmarvel. ;>

Now I'm cooking lamb curry and having a drink and trying to convince myself to go whack at that horribly badly written action sequence I'm so stuck on.  With a machete.

Haven't you made entries in my LJ before? If not you really should have. I know I always have a huge urge to squee about "Blue" every time you post a chapter, and if I haven't it's due to my lack of a train of thought.

>why would you take her out?

Because even one scene with Molly and she'd outshine your leading man.
