Okay, I've got two interviewees lined up - I'll try to find/think up some questions for you very soon. (I'm not very good at this!)
Meanwhile, I question for all my brilliant friends list people: What is Communion wine? Is it a specific kind of wine? One of my co-workers said he was wanted to get some but he didn't know what kind it was. I always thought it was whatever was cheap, with some water and sugar or grapejuice mixed in. One of our other co-workers said Communion wine was always just grapejuice at her church. He thinks that it's something specific and that most Catholic churches would use the same type.

Other denominations use other things, especially if they are of the theological opinion that Communion is a memorial rather than a re-enactment. The Salvation Army - if it practices Communion at all, which I'm suddenly not sure - uses water, as do the Mormons; some evangelical churches use grape juice (and claim "wine" in the Bible is non-alcoholic grape juice too); some churches use low-alcohol/non-alcohol wine.
