Discworld Monthly just sent out an unscheduled update this morning: PTerry's mom died, and he wrote a long essay about that and some of the mail he's been getting, lately. It was quite interesting, and unfortunately I'm not sure where else you can read it if you're not a member of the email list. It might go up on the site sometime today.
