mushroom, rice and goat's milk soup

I barely covered the bottom of the pan with rice, cooked it, tossed in a 4.5 oz jar of mushrooms and about a third of a can of concentrated goat's milk.

How can something so simple make me so happy? :)

I forgot to call Teena last night, though, and that makes me sad.  She phoned Saturday, we had a good long talk (her and I and then she and Eor) and we promised we'd call her back Sunday, but I suck at remembering to make phone calls. 

Also, my brother, Hawk, phoned on Sunday, and I talked to him for a loooong time - such a good conversation. |)

Oh no... the Happy Happy Joy Joy song just came on the MP3 player.  *snort* :)  How appropriate - it's time to go to work.
