[19:14] derien3: I mean, the lapsang souchong I have doesn't give me a dry throat.

[19:14] oohalsoah: but the taste is like the smell of temple, y'know
[19:14] oohalsoah: -- anyway, i have a whole box (!) and i've only managed to palm off two bags on a friend

[19:17] derien3: But, it doesn't ever seem to get oversteeped.  At least, it seems that way to me.  Now I'm a little hesitant to offer my opinions on food, you know, because... I guess my tastebuds are odd. :)

[19:18] derien3: Ah.  Possibly it doesn't get oversteeped because it's ... not really tea.  In a normal sense of ... tea.

I pretty often hate it when other people post copied out bits of chat sessions which they think are funny, but I do find the jokes on me to be irresistable. ;)  Besides, I love lapsang souchong and can never describe it, and bravecows pretty much described it.  Not exactly in glowing, positive terms, but pretty accurately. :)  Definetly an aquired taste. :)
