I'm tending away from this one partly because the skirt is a little short...


I'm tending toward this one because I like the fullness and length of the skirt, and I just don't often wear this dress.  (I think I'll wear shoes, though.)  You can see I managed to get myself sunburned on my walk, yesterday.  Hopefully that will fade a bit, but I'm wondering if I should attempt to make myself up whiter?  Or darker? 


And the back of my head, just so you can see exactly how short my hair really is, because the other photos seem to have shadows behind my head.

(Here the shadow brings out my jowls - I hope they're not really as bad as they appear.)

Go with number two, and tuck a white/cream scarf around and into the neckline of the dress - this'll both hide the difference in tone and give the impression of another layer of underclothing without actually forcing you to wear another layer!

You're lovely! I think I like the second outfit best but both are very nice! I wish we had those faire thingies here. We have battle re-enacters but that's about it.

I really like the flower-print bodice, but you're right about the skirt being a little short, so I guess I'm not much help in deciding.

It's still pretty new to me, too. I've only just got over everyone at work commenting. Amusing to me is the fact I got a trainee just after having it done, so he's dragging around with me hearing all the comments, but he doesn't know what it looked like before. :)
