back to the gym

I went, and possibly made up for not going yesterday.  87 minutes on the treadmill with it at an incline of between 5 and 7 and my heartrate over 150 for most of the time - the thing said I should have burned 590 calories.  I don't know how much credit I really deserve, though, because it's all due to my overwhelming love for "Columbo."  Why can't those shows be of a normal length?  Still, I love all the random details and his futzing around. :) 

Tomorrow I'll have to make up for the fact that I didn't do muscle work. 

Also, I didn't do dishes. :(  Must shower and get my butt off to work, though.

I think this is the first time in forever when we've actually both been online at the same time.
