Eor cleaned out the fridge the other day and told me that I absolutely must use the gluten-free pie shells and rubarb filling (which my Aunt made at least a year ago) which have been sitting in the freezer.

I may feel a bit peaked after eating a whole rubarb pie by myself, but I don't see how I'm going to avoid it because Looks To Alaska is not here to help me. (It's so yummy! Well, if you ever use a gluten-free crust from Gillian's I'd suggest spraying it with butter-flavored Pam and cooking it a little before putting the filling in, because the underneath parts are of a sort of mushy-mealy consistancy, but the edges of it are good. And the filling is fantastic. :))

Truthfully, though, I'm nearly half-done with it already and I still feel sort of like this --> 8D Does this count as my veggies for the week?

See? Is there no end to how perfectly in tune our brains are? ;) I ate it all, too, and felt fine. ;)
