This morning I read half a book ("You Suck - a love story" - Christopher Moore), had a nice bath, and got caught up on the HolmesSlash list (which I hadn't read for a day or two). Also, drank coffee. Although with chocolate brewed in and a good slug of goat's milk I'm not even sure it qualifies as 'coffee' as most people know it.
Did I mention that I discovered that Hannaford carries goat's milk in quarts and that it's horrendously expensive and I can't seem to stop myself from drinking whole mugs of it at once? Damn it's tasty. I can't bring myself to ever drink cow's milk just straight, it's so... thick and clingy and yet tasteless. :P - yes I make a face just like that, like a cat that's trying to scrape a bad taste off it's tongue whenever I imagine it. I was raised on goat's milk, and even though I haven't had it for almost thirty years it's true that what you know as a kid always seems right.
Now I'm looking at some paperwork for my health insurance and wondering where to find the information I need.
eor says I have it somewhere, and he would know, but... hm. Maybe in my big box of all work-related things.
Also,
eor has kindly set me up some boxes for my brothers, which I'm staring at intermittently. Whuf. That should really have been my top priority, today. Now I'm in my last hour and need to eat and do dishes. Hm. Okay, I guess I've finally worked out what I'm doing.
Why am I not hungry? Do you suppose it has anything to do with drinking all that coffee? Or with the way my tummy rumbled all night, causing me to get up several times to go to the bathroom? I think having had all the veggies for the last several days is messing with my digestive system.
Oh, in health news - I woke up yesterday without the sore throat and feeling fine. :) The rash still hasn't gone away, and still looks like a bullseye to me, but I feel better about the whole thing and am now thinking that waiting until Friday to get tested won't be so bad.
