Yeah, I think you've scored yourself too hard. That's one of the problems with self-reported results.

Although one of the questions I answered as 'no' because I couldn't figure it out - feeling afraid in social situations which are safe. Then I wondered if maybe they meant the terror I feel about going to the laundromat. Every freaking week I can't get going until after 11, partly because I hate being at the laundromat where everyone can watch me working on my laundry. They can watch me! And it's my laundry! And I'm so awkward!
