Yesterday someone left off a baby goat (in a small dog carrier) at one of the airlines to be shipped as cargo. Poor thing didn't get to go because the airline decided it was too cold. But later the same airline rep brought us a puppy to screen, so that brought into question for one of my coworkers how it was that it was too cold for the goat but not the puppy. "I think she's prejudice against the goat!" she said.
I threw a lot of bags, yesterday, and had some strange and work-inappropriate conversations with the coworkers - I do love working in baggage. ;) And then came home completely wiped out, had some painkillers and slept around ... wow, must have been nearly ten hours. I feel better than I have in ages. :)Now of course I don't have time to do much with this feeling good, but I have made more cornbread and written one rambling email.

Two of my friends just moved from Ireland to New Zealand and they brought their scraggly, one eyed cat Tommy with them. When they went to the cattery to pick her up the receptionist lady was all worried and nervous and they had to calm her down and explain that it's ok, Tommy always looks like that! That was a funny email today
