I called in sick. I feel guilty because I don't feel tremendously bad, but I don't dare get myself into anything where I can't get to a bathroom at a moment's notice. And that is probably all you want to hear about that. Otherwise I'm just tired because I couldn't get much good sleep with the stomach grumbling all night. And I have to wonder what the heck is going on with this. It's like a redux of the way I felt the day after Thanksgiving, after having eaten things I shouldn't, except I really don't think I ate anything I shouldn't. I've been very good.

Thanks... I still feel badly, but I guess the main problem is that it's my Friday, so it never looks good to call out sick on a day ajacent to the weekend.
