I just added jamesfraserwest to my friend's page. Someone is serially posting the diary entries of an actual Victorian-era doctor, it appears to be the last year of his life. I believe the someone who's posting it is actually the publishing company who's publishing a biography of him, so it's almost like a long teaser/advertisement, but I see it as a way to get a regular injection of Victoriana. :)
