And presents wrapped in argyle paper! :)

Okay, that's enough excitement for any night, I have to calm down, now. ;)

I should go to bed as soon as I finish eating, which will be much faster if I stop typing. ;) I'm tired, though not nearly so much so as Eor, so I don't feel as though I should complain at all, but I think I'm going to take a Tylenol PM and sleep later tomorrow so that I can hopefully not be an exhausted puppy at the Christmas party tomorrow night.

If anyone wants to attend and meet my crazy coworkers, it's in a public place, just email me and I'll tell you where/when if I haven't already invited you, not that anyone on my flist besides [livejournal.com profile] mollyrazor would be likely to make it.

(and I hope you found the books at the bottom of the box - I was tickeled at how perfectly they fit.)

have a great time at the party!

Yes, we're the sort of people who empty -everything- out of a box, because we're used to people hiding little things. :)

It's scary to me how perfect those books look, though - I'd say they've never been opened. That can't be possible, can it?

weeelll...I bought them "used" - but who knows. I haven't read them yet (I'm waiting till I get all thirteen so I can go on a bender, I think.)

which is not to say you should be scared of them or of "damaging" them by reading them at all - from a book's perspective, 'tis far better to have been read and roughed up then never to have been read at all.

speaking of benders, though, come to think of it? may I have your recipe for the buttered-rum concoction? I promise to use it judiciously on most occasions. *grin*

Give me a hard one. ;) Almost everything we usually cook gets posted here:

(Beverages and deserts are at the bottom of the page.)

(I've got to remember to buy some ginger beer so I can make dark and stormys at home!)

(There are some things there which we haven't cooked in ages.)
