I'm getting my hair cut, tomorrow, very short - because in order to get the ten inches required for donating it I'll have to have it cut right at the nape of my neck. I'm thinking I'd like to get it clipped at the nape, though I don't want the rest of it that short. As far as the rest of it's concerned I just don't want it in my eyes. The last time I got my hair cut she cut my bangs way too high but didn't cut the sides in front of my ears short enough, so that hair is getting whipped into my eyes if I drive with the window open and it hurts - which, you know, if you're constantly squinting or flinching because your eyes are getting hurt, that's detrimental to your driving.

So, given all that info, I'm trying to find a picture of what I want, because I'm afraid if I don't have a picture to work from this is going to end up looking like a dykey mushroom head haircut. Is that horrible? I mean, is it so out of style as to be verboten in polite company? Since I haven't found any pictures so far with the nape of the neck clipped which are not incredibly short all over I'm getting a little worried. And then I don't trust the websites I've hit. I'm now running my virus scanner. :P

Does anyone know of sites where I can look at hairstyles where I don't have to worry about getting viruses or spyware?

Oo, now I have too many choices - hee! :) Nice stuff. Though, as with all style pictures, it's hard to imagine how some of them will lay given that my hair is curly (style photographers are biased against curly hair!) and I'm not going to 'sculpt' it every morning. I'm the worst hair person ever - I hate messing with it in the morning! I think the first style of those two will work better with curly hair, and be easier to manage - the second one looks like it would require a lot of careful blow-drying every day!

Yeah, the second was kind of a whim of the "oh, that would look professional, if I could pull it off..." But that would only be if the humidity on the day of my interview were just right. :P
