eor about how complicated the rules for this year's Bujold Fanfiction & Fanart Fest seem to be, but he didn't think it was so difficult to understand. "Those are rules. There have to be rules."
"Let me put it this way," I said, "Is this more difficult than 'all of your liquids have to be in 3.4oz containers or smaller and all of those containers have to be in one clear quart plastic bag'?"
"Let ME put it this way! These are people who are assumed to read!"
"Ah yes. The Public In General only reads, what, three times a year, on average? And those are street signs, presumably."
"Or something that involves Spot."
